There are certain weddings throughout each season that remind me why I love doing what I do so much, and why I chose to specialize in wedding photography specifically. Ashley & Robby’s Beaver Station wedding was absolutely one of those times! Not only are they one of the sweetest, most genuine couples I’ve ever met, but their families and friends were so incredibly welcoming and such a pleasure to spend the day with. Before their wedding day, I’d only gotten a chance to video chat with Ashley & Robby since they live out of state. But as soon as we met in person, we both agreed it felt like we’d known each other for years! Speaking of them being from out of state – that state just so happens to be Florida, and these two definitely brought that Florida sunshine back to Pittsburgh with them! This was a date that had been forecasting rain for days leading up to the wedding, but when their big day rolled around, the weather was absolutely perfect!

Ashley & Robby officially tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Saint Monica Parish in Beaver, PA. From there, we all made our way to Beaver Station Cultural & Event Center for their reception. I cannot say enough good things about this venue! It’s got a gorgeous historical feel on the inside, with a covered patio outside that’s perfect for cocktail hour and dancing. Not to mention, the staff is fantastic and the grounds have so many great locations for photos! The decor Ashley & Robby chose was so colorful and elegant, put together by an amazing vendor team, including JPC Event Group, Patti’s Petals Flower Shop, & Kretchmar’s Bakery.
