I’d been looking forward to photographing Ariana & Mike’s Blairmont Club wedding ever since their engagement session at Chatham University earlier this year! They had so much fun laughing together and seemed instantly comfortable in front of the camera. I knew their wedding day would be a great time!
Our day started off at the First Church of the Brethren in Roaring Spring, where both Ari & Mike got ready in the church where they’d soon be saying, “I do.” They stayed in separate areas until the ceremony began, when Mike was smiling from ear to ear as Ari’s dad walked her down the aisle. After a beautiful handfasting ceremony and an exchanging of rings, these two were officially husband and wife! And we definitely couldn’t leave the church without first having a sweet visit from their adorable dog, Bullet!
We stopped by the Discovery Garden in Legion Memorial Park for some wedding party photos & portraits of the newlyweds before heading to the Blairmont Club for the remainder of the wedding day. The club was full of Ari & Mike’s family & friends cheering them on as they were announced into their reception. Everyone was definitely in the mood to celebrate, with the dance floor packed the entire evening. And of course we made time for some night photos before wrapping up our coverage!
Congratulations again, Ari & Mike! I had such a great time with you guys, and it was an honor being a part of your wedding!
